Lots to talk about tonight with Congressman Anthony Weiner, Democrat of New York. Congressman Weiner, let's go straight to the phrase of the week -- deem and pass. Has it been decided that that is the way you will vote on this on Sunday? REP. WEINER: Well, before we get back into the weeds of the process, a little hat tip to the president.

Geraldo Rivera criticized Fox News host Bret Baier for his interruption-heavy interview of President Obama Wednesday. Friday morning on radio program "Brian and the Judge," Geraldo — a Fox News host himself — said that Baier should have treated Obama with more respect. "At a certain point, you gotta recognize...when the President seemed exasperated and frustrated and unable to complete a sentence, I thought at some point you gotta make a difference between the guy who's the senate whip or the house wh

I'm a sucker for the guy who wrote Fly Fishing Through the Midlife Crisis and always pay attention to a journalist with that kind of soul. That said, Howell Raines shows a bit of hypocrisy in his piece about journalism's failure to call out Fox. His criticism of Fox's Roger Ailes raises visions of the equally raucous MSNBC's Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow and The Ed Show . Asking aesthete print journalists to referee two bare-knuckle behemoths is reasonable but daunting.

The American people do not want Obamacare.   -Howell Raines

Shuster later accused the network of bias: "Fox is far more – far more conservative overall than MSNBC could ever be liberal." Shuster brought on left-wing Mother Jones editor David Corn and David Freddoso of the Washington Examiner to discuss Baier's interview with Obama.
